1. Scope

Natickpixelhub B.V. publishes this statement for natickpixelhub.digital in Dutch and English, about our recording studio in Amsterdam. It does not cover streaming platforms or social networks where clients publish content after a session.

The European Accessibility Act requires more services to make digital channels usable for people with disabilities. We follow that development and improve natickpixelhub.digital step by step.

2. Status and standard

We design and test natickpixelhub.digital against Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA as a target. We do not guarantee full conformance on every detail, but structural accessibility comes before decoration.

This statement was updated on 15 October 2026. We review it at least yearly or after major layout changes.

3. Measures on the website

Semantic HTML with headings, landmarks and linked labels on contact.
Skip link to main content and visible focus for keyboard navigation.
Text alternatives for studio photos from our own library.
Language attributes per page (nl/en) and descriptive link text.
Cookie banner operable by keyboard; see cookie policy.
No autoplay audio on marketing pages; in-studio sessions are separate from this site.

4. Known limitations

Website: some animations may distract; use «prefers-reduced-motion» in system settings. Map links to OpenStreetMap open an external site outside our control.

Studio: The studio is on Kinkerstraat in Oud-West, within walking distance of Erasmuspark. Trams 7 and 17 serve the Kinkerstraat stop; from there it is about a three-minute walk. You can use the bike racks along Kinkerstraat. Our entrance at Kinkerstraat 312 has a doorstep threshold; there is no lift to inner rooms. The vocal booth (about 10 m²) and live room (about 24 m²) are reached via narrow corridors. For podcast recording with up to 4 seats or vocal recording in the booth: call 020 245 8317 before booking if you use a wheelchair, walker or other aids — we will plan together.

Language: articles in guides use technical terms; we add explanations where needed.

5. Feedback and disputes

If you hit a barrier on natickpixelhub.digital, email [email protected] with the URL, browser and a short description. We confirm receipt and explain what we can improve or when a fix is planned.

If you believe our response is insufficient, you may contact the Netherlands Authority for Consumers and Markets or, for discrimination in services, the Netherlands Institute for Human Rights. We prefer to resolve issues directly via contact.
