In brief
- We mainly process what you send us: forms, email, phone and booking details for planning and delivery.
- No ad trackers; session files are kept for up to 18 months after the last activity.
- We do not use your recordings to train AI; we only publish with your written consent.

1. Who is responsible
Natickpixelhub B.V. («Natickpixelhub»), a private limited company (B.V.) based at Kinkerstraat 312, 1053 ES Amsterdam, is the controller of personal data processed through natickpixelhub.digital and in direct contact with us.

We have not appointed a data protection officer; for our size we do not consider that mandatory. Privacy requests are handled at the same address.
2. Scope
This policy covers website visitors, quote requests and clients using services such as vocal recording, mixing, mastering, podcast recording and voice-over sessions.
If you bring guests, hosts or voice talent as a company, you are usually the controller for their data; we act as processor under our data processing agreement. Practical questions: FAQ or contact.
3. Data we process
Contact form: name, email, phone (optional), chosen service, preferred date (optional) and your message. Without an email address we cannot send a quote or confirmation.
Booking and delivery: billing details, artist or project name, correspondence, payment references. Sessions require a 35% deposit as set out in article 6 of our terms.
Audio and project files: voice, instruments and other recordings may be personal data. We use them to record, edit, mix, master, run revisions (up to 2 rounds where applicable) and deliver files.
Technical data: TransIP B.V. processes server logs (IP address, time, URL, browser) for security. Your cookie choice is stored locally; see cookie policy.
We do not ask for special-category data. To reschedule within 5 days before a session you do not need to share medical information.

We do not sell or rent data. We do not send marketing mailings through this website.
5. Voice, publicity, age and AI
We do not publish excerpts of your recordings, session photos or names on natickpixelhub.digital without prior written consent.
We do not use client audio to train, evaluate or improve machine-learning or generative AI systems. We do not create a synthetic voice or voice clone without separate written consent from the data subject.
Online requests are intended for people aged 16 and over. Younger visitors may only enter the studio with a parent or guardian responsible.
6. Recipients and processors
Only team members working on your project have access. Data may be shared with:
- TransIP B.V. (Schipholweg 103, 2316 XC Leiden, Nederland), hosting natickpixelhub.digital and email within the EU/EEA;
- FormSubmit (formsubmit.co, United States), forwarding the contact form to our mailbox;
- our accountant, for invoicing, bound by professional secrecy;
- our bank, for payments;
- authorities, when the law requires it.
Processors acting on our behalf use a contract compliant with GDPR Article 28. Processing for your guests is described in the data processing agreement.
7. Transfers outside the EEA
Hosting and email via TransIP B.V. stay within the EU/EEA. FormSubmit is based in the United States: when you use the contact form, name, email and message pass briefly through that service.
We rely on GDPR Article 49(1)(b): the transfer is necessary for pre-contract steps you start via the form. To avoid this route, email [email protected] or call 020 245 8317; we handle your request the same way.
8. Security
We apply appropriate measures: HTTPS on natickpixelhub.digital, restricted system access, strong passwords, encrypted storage where feasible, physical access control during Mon–Fri 9:30–18:30, Sat 12–16 (by appointment) and deletion of session files after the retention period.
If a breach is likely to affect your rights, we notify the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens) and inform you when required by law. No online transfer is completely risk-free; once received, we protect data under our internal rules.
9. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have rights including access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection to processing based on legitimate interest. You may withdraw consent without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing.
Send requests to [email protected] or our postal address. We respond within one month; complex requests may be extended by two months, which we will explain. We may verify your identity.
You may lodge a complaint with the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens (AP), autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl. We appreciate hearing from you first so we can resolve issues quickly.
10. Cookies and similar storage
We do not use cookies for ads, profiling or social media. Only your cookie choice is stored under ntck_consent_v1 for 182 days. Details and categories are in our cookie policy; change your choice via .
11. External links
Our site links to OpenStreetMap for directions. Those services apply their own privacy rules; we are not responsible for their processing.
12. Changes
We may update this policy when our services or law change. The current version is on this page with effective date 15 October 2026 and last update 15 October 2026. For material changes we inform existing clients by email where appropriate.
