Frequently asked questions
Grouped answers on how we work. If anything differs, our terms and conditions and privacy policy apply.
Booking and payment
How do I start a booking?
Use the contact form, call 020 245 8317 or email [email protected]. State service, duration, track or episode count and preferred dates. We reply within 2 working days.
When is my booking confirmed?
After written acceptance of the quote and receipt of a 35% deposit. The balance follows our terms — usually before or on the session day for consumers.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Bank transfer for deposit and balance; card in the studio where available. IBAN and reference are on the quote and invoice from Natickpixelhub B.V..
Do your rates include VAT?
Yes. On services you see amounts excl. and incl. 21% VAT, for example €98 for one hour of Vocal recording incl. VAT.
How does payment work for business clients?
With a valid VAT ID, payment within 21 days of invoice date if agreed in writing upfront. The 35% deposit still applies on first booking.
On session day
When are you open?
Monday–Friday 09:30–18:30, Saturday 12:00–16:00 (by appointment only). Closed on Sunday. Sessions are by appointment only; please do not walk in without confirmation.
How early should I arrive?
Allow fifteen minutes for soundcheck and admin. For Vocal recording or Voice-over it helps if scripts and tempo are ready — see recording day checklist.
Can I bring someone along?
One or two guests in the control room are usually fine. For larger groups ask ahead, especially for podcast recording with 4 seats.
What if we run over time?
Extensions only by agreement and if the next slot is free. Extra time is billed per hour or half hour at the booked service rate on services.
Should I bring headphones?
Not required; we have closed studio headphones. If you prefer a specific model for vocals, bring it.
Files and delivery
What format do you deliver?
24-bit WAV at 48 kHz by default, unless your project uses another sample rate. Mix and master formats follow the service page; stems on request for mixing.
How do I receive files?
Via secure download link or to your cloud if you grant access. Large projects are planned on the quote.
How long do you keep sessions?
18 months after the last activity on the project. We then delete our copies — keep your own backups.
Can I take raw takes right after recording?
Yes if it fits within booked time. Extra export or conversion may cost extra time; we note that on the quote.
Do you deliver for vinyl or streaming?
Mastering covers streaming, download and vinyl; vinyl-specific masters at €165 per side incl. VAT. See mastering and loudness guide.
Rights and revisions
Who owns the recordings?
After full payment for the agreed service, recordings made for you are yours, within the limits of our terms and any model releases we arrange.
How many revisions are included on mix and master?
Up to 2 revision rounds with concrete feedback, within reasonable deadlines on the quote. Extra rounds are quoted separately.
Do you use my audio to train AI?
No. We do not use client material to train AI models and do not create voice clones without written consent.
Can I share photos from the studio online?
Photos on the site are illustrative. During your session you may create your own content unless it disturbs others; commercial use of our brand needs agreement.
Where can I read about personal data?
In our privacy policy and cookie policy. For data processing agreements: DPA.

Can I cancel or move for free?
